RETURN POLICY
If you received items that were damaged due to the negligence of WHATAH10, defective, or incorrect, send an email to Support@WHATAH10.com within 3 days of receipt in order to receive a full refund to your original payment method. Glosses, lip scrubs, liners and candles are not refundable or exchangeable.
We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns/exchanges from customers at any time due to:

An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing;"

An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or

Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
