RETURN POLICY

Refunds will only be granted where exchanges are not possible due to limited inventory.   


If you received items that were damaged due to the negligence of WHATAH10, defective, or incorrect, send an email to Support@whatah10.com within 2 days of receipt in order to receive a full refund to your original payment method. Glosses, lip scrubs, liners and candles are not refundable or exchangeable.

We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns/exchanges from customers at any time due to:

​

  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing;"

  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or

  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.


Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
