When will I get my order?

Orders are shipped within 48 hours, and you will receive an email notification when your order has shipped.
 
Can I return or exchange my order?

We value you as a customer and we are truly appreciative of your support! We will make our best efforts to ensure you have a great shopping experience and that you remain our loyal friend.

Due to inventory being limited we cannot guarantee an exchange and will provide a cash refund where this applies. Returns are possible if shipped back within 2 days of receipt. Please see the return policy.
 
If a candle arrives damaged due to the negligence of the carrier, please notify us to see how we can assist in making it right. Please note, candle credit or replacement is not guaranteed.

Are your cosmetic products vegan or contain nut products?
 
Our products are not vegan, we use bees wax in our cosmetics. However, all other cosmetic ingredients are food grade, natural and non-toxic. We also use coconut and grapeseed oil. A detailed list of ingredients can be found on product packaging where applicable.
 
Will you be restocking sold out products?
 
Preorder will initiate the restock process. However, if the item is not of high demand, we will promptly let you know and possibly offer an alternative. Make  sure you are signed up for alerts by creating an account on our website.
 
Can any of the WHATAH10 products be customized?

Discount codes require users to create an account on the site and be logged in upon check out to utilize the discount code. Otherwise, please contact us at Support@WHATAH10.com

Can you ship internationally or process international credit cards?

At this time, we do not offer international shipping and cannot accept credit cards from outside of the United States.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes! You can change or cancel your order before it ships. If the option is not available on the site, please contact us directly at info@whatah10.com
